How can I make payments on the website?
At MCH, we accept online payments and COD for orders under PKR 4000. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, mobile wallets like Easypaisa, Jazz Cash etc. through our payment gateway.
I just placed my order, When will I receive it?
Usually, orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days of the customer placing the order. This depends on the availability of the product and delays caused due to other unusual circumstances.

Can I Open the Parcel?
According to curious policy, customers can not open the parcel before full payment. if you have any problem with your purchase, we have 15 days return and exchange policy.

Item that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
