However, we are happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and has the original tags within 7 days from the delivery date. You can exchange it for a different size or style.

Return Policy

Acording to Return/Exchange Policy items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have the original tags are eligible for return within 7 days from the delivery date according to Pakistani law. All returns are processed via Bank Transfer, which can take up to 15 working days.

If there is a defect in the product, we need clear videos or pictures of the parcel opening.
